The greatly reduced volume of flights because of COVID means that Japan Post will only accept packages using international EMS shipping for the time being. These rates are ¥1400 more than standard international rates. This is unfortunate but we have no other option at present. EMS packages do allow for greater weight. Instead of a flat rate shipping charge per bottle wear piece, the ¥2600 can accommodate up to five bottle wear pieces. We have therefore enabled the purchase of up to five per box. If you want to mix and match samurai and kimono wear, you will have to make two transactions to indicate the number of each you want (up to five total). You will be charged the ¥2600 EMS rate for each of the two transactions, but we will refund one before shipping. We typically ship a few days after receiving orders. If you want more than five, you will need to make two EMS box purchases. Again, if you are mixing and matching, we will refund any excess shipping charges assessed at checkout so that you are only paying for the total number of EMS boxes you are shipping.
